Couples Therapy
Whether you're navigating communication challenges, rebuilding trust after infidelity, healing from trauma, or simply wanting to deepen your connection, couples therapy offers a supportive space to grow together. I work with a wide range of relationships—including married and dating partners, LGBTQ+ couples, and those practicing ethical non-monogamy or polyamory. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I tailor our work to your unique dynamics and goals. Together, we'll explore patterns, strengthen emotional bonds, and build practical tools for connection, clarity, and lasting change.

Anxiety
Anxiety can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to manage it alone. It can take on many forms — from persistent worries to a deeper sense of unease. In my therapy, I draw from a range of evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches to meet your unique needs. Together, we'll use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to work with anxious thought patterns, mindfulness practices to cultivate presence, and somatic strategies to calm the nervous system. I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) methods to help you move toward your goals with greater flexibility and resilience.
At the same time, I bring in psychoanalytic perspectives to help us explore the deeper roots of your anxiety. By understanding how early experiences, unconscious patterns, and inner conflicts may be shaping your current struggles, we can create space for lasting emotional change — not just symptom relief.
Our work is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing happens both by developing new skills and by deepening your understanding of yourself.
